Deploy data model via RESTful API

Description

The business data model is ussally stored and managed Excel files. In order to deploy the data model on a new application or modify an existing data model, there is currently a lot of manual effort required.
Now the data model should be created automatically based on an Excel file as single source. Therefore it is necessary to access (read and write) the business object types Catalog*-Component and Template*-Component via the RESTful API of openMDM5.
In the result, the data model of the openMDM5 application must match the definition provided in the Excel file.

Extension of the openMDM5 RESTful API:
As a developer, I would like to read and write the administrative business objects catalog * and template * as well as the required business attributes (possibly Valuelist etc.) using the openMDM5 Restful API. The implementation would be the logical extension of the RESTFUL API, which is provided by org.eclipse.mdm.businessobjects (and in addition to org.eclipse.mdm.filerelease).

This is currently on the restapi branches in the mdmbl Git Repositories.
Planned to be merged in the platform code for V5.0.0M3.
